Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, emphasizing effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

* Lead all client communication, sending weekly status updates via Constant Contact Plan

* Manage schedules, budgets, and permitting processes for assigned projects

* Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of construction plans

* Supervise construction projects from design through completion

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture

* 5+ years of experience as an architect, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role on projects

* Excellent client communication and presentation skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (must)

* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
